Special Notice: RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) All returns are for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). CONDITIONS Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance: Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped from KBKGifts.com. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no marking or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Please note, clearance items are only returnable if they are defective.
ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee warranty for repair or replacement.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipment, please contact info@KBKGifts.com for replacement. Returns/Exchanges may be refused if the merchandise doesn't meet the conditions required for Returns/Exchanges. In the event a Return or Exchange is refused, the merchandise can be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. The customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge. Return shipments are made at your own expense unless authorized in writing by our Customer Service Department.
